Immomio, provider of a digital rental platform, and DIT, provider of tenant apps, are merging their companies as of Aug. 31, 2021 to form Germany’s largest proptech in the housing industry. The merger will form Germany’s largest proptech in the housing industry with over 1.4 million rental units under management.
Together with a cross-practice project team, Hofmann Klafsky & Fertig advised Immmomio GmbH on the tax due diligence for the merger with DIT Deutsche Immobilien & IT Marketing GmbH. In order to provide the client with a fuly fledged DD report, the findings from the tax due diligence were closely coordinated with the transaction team, which also conducted a legal financial due diligence.
