PPG Industries Lackfabrik GmbH acquired Cetelon Lackfabrik in 2021, manufacturer of coatings for automotive and light truck wheels. Cetelon was founded in Stuttgart in 1948 and has been part of the Berlac Group since 2011. The company employs around 95 people worldwide.
Hofmann Klafsky & Fertig advised PPG on the integration of the acquired company into the German group. The identification of possible measures for the integration of the acquired company included, among other things, the integration into the fiscal unity for income and value added tax purposes.
