Immomio, provider of a digital rental platform, and DIT, provider of tenant apps, are merging their companies as of Aug. 31, 2021 to form Germany’s largest proptech in the housing industry. The merger will form Germany’s largest proptech in the housing industry with over 1.4 million rental units under management.<\/p>\n

Together with a cross-practice project team, Hofmann Klafsky & Fertig advised Immmomio GmbH on the tax due diligence for the merger with DIT Deutsche Immobilien & IT Marketing GmbH.
